2024 Season is here! First matches 8 Mar! 

Season Commencement:

First round of matches is set for 8/9/10 Mar 22. You need to start developing your chronic load in preparation for game time. To effectively integrate back into matchplay, it is important to consider your trajectory. By gradually increasing your chronic load towards the first game, this will help guide your approach to beginning matches. See the info here for more pre-season prep tips.

Selection Policy

Bellbowrie Hockey Club (BHC) aims to foster the development of competitive and social hockey teams in grades from A2 through to A grade and provide for enjoyable hockey experiences at a level appropriate to player skills and ambitions. To assist with this BHC has a Selection Policy.

In applying to be selected in a BHC team (by completing your registration and complying with fee payment) you are agreeing to this Selection Policy.

Strikers has produced a detailed A5 Booklet and a season specific addendum to assist with informing current and prospective members, please feel free to pass these on to any interested players/parents.

Social Games and Pre-Season Training.

Strikers Hockey Club may hold some social games for members late Jan, early Feb. These are an excellent opportunity to bring your friends to have a go and see if they would like to join our club.

Pre-Season training proper will commence mid Feb.

Please do all that you can to prepare yourself - we really don't want you to injure yourself, and especially in the first couple of games.
